Up to mischief

We are home after our night away with the family. Christmas started early for us, as we have had a wonderful turkey dinner beautifully cooked by son Jeremy and d.I.L. Mikki. As well as the traditional first course there was a lovely variety of desserts. We were joined by the next generation, George and his partner Valentina, and Jake, Jake brought his young cat Monty who has boundless energy and never stopped exploring the room. He was most fascinated by the Christmas tree and managed several times to completely disappear inside it. Luckily he didn’t do any damage.
Now we are settling down to a quiet Christmas on our own at home, but we have a good meal planned for tomorrow and I am sure we will have a good time.
