Ware Barton Tree

I've often admired this tree standing alone in its field. It's not in a particularly easy place to get to but as the sun was out this morning and not due to last too long, I thought I'd grab the chance as it's not far from home.

It's good to see that the ground has dried out a lot over the last couple of dry weeks. Just as well really as the weather is due to warm up and become 'more unsettled'. Personally, I'd cast my vote for more fine chilly days but I daresay we'll get what we get!
