Red Beans and Rice

Domingo Rojo beans and rice, and salad. Wine: Finca Villacreces Pruno Ribera del Duero 2018.

My untraditional use of a short grain brown rice in this dish did no harm to the flavor. If anything, it enriched the flavor and gave it a satisfying bite.
