Beacon Hill was busy

Finally got out for a walk today. We chose Beacon Hill, which is normally relatively deserted. The number of cars in the car park suggested that a lot of other people had had the same idea.

As usual, the breeze was stiff. Sunset showed on the horizon and clouds rolled over rapidly, many reflecting the red glow from the west.

Basil enjoyed his run and meeting other dogs. I was a bit unsteady on my feet, probably a result of not having got out for the past three days.

George, Kat and the boys had stayed over for the night. I had hoped they could have a good night but Edward was restive. He has a most joyous smile and enjoys being bounced up and down.
