I was in no mood to wring out the old, so was in bed before ten, early even for me! Most unusually I wasn’t up until gone 10:30, I can’t think when I last managed to stay in bed for over twelve hours.
Good sleep was had and I think I must have put 2021 to rest even if only subconsciously.
Now to prepare for the whirlwind of the next few weeks.
I took a gentle stroll round the block in the sunshine with my mum and spotted this arrangement of flower-pots attached to a railing above a subterranean car-parking space. I suspect it is someone’s project for 2022. Rather them than me!
I do so hope they correct the tessellation before I feel compelled to knock on their door.
