Booting up

When Huw and Faridat are with us they're usually busy with some project or other. As often as not it's cooking - Huw preparing multiple dishes while Faridat produces a delicious cake or pudding. Yesterday the table was covered with newspaper for a painting session. Today it was to sort out their boots after our trip to the beach. Not just a quick spit and polish but a thorough cleaning, oiling, waxing, and even a bit of repairing.

In extras they walk a new path in old boots, also a rather sweet little jellyfish that bobbed up against my wellies on the beach.
