Express delivery

I called at the vets out of hours to pick up some wormer for the chickens, and found that the vet was busy delivering a pair of lambs in the car park. The farmer had brought the ewe in the back of his car - she was prolapsed and the lambs were stuck, but when I arrived it was all over, successfully. He heaved her back into the car while the vet pushed the lambs in beside her, and managed to shut the hatch without hitting her still woozy head. He then pointed out his number plate (see extras) and invited me to guess his surname. Of course it was Lamb.

I didn't think until afterwards to ask if his first name might be Sean.
The young vet's name is Palesa and she's from South Africa.
