Starting The Story From The End!

We started our first Sunday of 2022 with prayer and praise to the God who brought us through 2021 with all its challenges, including guiding us as we searched for and found the new pastor He had prepared for us.  God has promised that He will be there for our church family in 2022, that He is, in fact, already there ahead of us.  We may be surprised by events, but God is NEVER surprised, never at a loss for what to do.  Pastor Wes spoke to us from Revelation 19:11-16, telling us that since we know the character of God and He has told us how the story ends, we should have no fear when things happen around us and to us because He has already won the battle and He is in control.  Our enemies are already defeated and we can rejoice in that fact and trust our God who loves us and works all things together for good to those He loves!  I put more pictures than usual of the musicians and singers leading praise, because next week the choir will be back in the loft and I won't be in the congregation to photograph them-----I will be in the choir!
