First run

A lovely run.. the Farningham.loop. On a healthier eating drive now and dry January..I like January its a reset month!! rather than resolution, certainly sounds more positive.

Hubby came.out he hasn't run for 8 months!!

So Muddy boots from New years Day.. A 6k run with friends. Muddy.. But lovely
Car washed not by me! a local car wash pop up..

Deep breath to hit the week.. hopefully not too any more in the existing place..
