Macro work

If i were to tell you this was a dandelion flower under an angle poise lamp, held with a manfrotto flexi arm, with z5 mounted on a gorilla pod, wrapped around a 2kg rice bag. what you cant see is me holding up behind the flower an A3 green back drop with one hand, whilst the other stretches round to press the shutter release. for an 8 sec exp. repeated 3 times at 3 different  areas of image.
I then focus stacked and edited. 
Three hours for one, not terribly exciting photo.
