Yarrow Valley

Lovely lunch with Lynne then we picked up Anne and had a lovely walk at Yarrow Valley. It was so good to be out. It was busy with families but everyone kept their distance. 
I was hoping the ear would pop but no it's still bunged up. Cough not as bad.
