Seeing Beyond Looking

Rose and Honeysuckle Aromas

Clairette de Die is the sparkling wine we opened on New Year's Day. We liked it so much that we opened a second bottle yesterday and finished it over lunch today!

This fruity, sparkling white wine is made from Muscat grapes and is characterized by its peach and apricot flavours and and rose and honeysuckle aromas. Sound good? It is!

It is cultivated in the Drôme area in south-east France. If you would like to see where, look here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dr%C3%B4me

Winter has returned today and it's a crisp 3C/37.4F. I love it! Winter should be winter, don't you think?
