Out on visits

Passed The valley today.. Beautiful bright sunshine, however a very cold start..
After work plan 3k confidence plod.. to get use to running in the dark.. Managed 4k thats fine.
One more day tomorrow then off until Tuesday with a shift sunday at old place.. have to stack up agenxy at the moment no salary after Tuesday.
