the tree

A beautiful frosty morning. Nelly and Ziggy loved their walk. Managed to get to the top of the hill just as the sun was peeping over the horizon. I thought the bare tree looked so nice against the changing sky. Made a big pot of soup with the mushrooms I bought yesterday. It tastes lovely and there’s lots to freeze. More work on my photobook this afternoon. Got to the end of June and sorted out the pictures to use for July.
