A bright spot

I had to cancel my lunch date with Lex today because the anxiety was too overwhelming.  I did my grocery pick-up and then came straight home to huddle with Sylvie for the rest of the day.  I've never had this much free-floating anxiety before and it's dreadful.  I hope it will end when the medical results finally come in and I finally know what's to come.
