Early Sun….

Maisie was very lively when we set out for our walk this morning. She missed out yesterday because my injured knee was troublesome…. It feels easier today but to add insult to injury my lower back pain has returned. I can’t do my usual routine lower back exercises as I cannot kneel on the injured knee…. Aging is no fun. Keith is busy reading the operating manual for his new electric tilt chair. He can leave it in the steep tilt position and that prevents any of the cats from trying it out. Cunning eh? .
