The price paid for a Blip.

A very familiar sight across the Kent Estuary from the western end of Arnside promenade.
Plenty of snow on the Lake District fells.

Attractive clouds. But at the very top you will notice that they are black. Shortly after I took this shot they
released large quantities of hail which accompanied me all the way home.
Better than heavy rain however as it bounces off you and although hands and face suffer from a stinging bombardment I actually
was quite dry when I got to my front door.

Last night’s Thunder Snow never arrived. At least nothing woke me up and there was no snow on the ground this morning.
