Old Leigh at low tide

A bright but bracing morning and we really felt the cold on our little walk at Old Leigh this morning. The tide was way out too so there wasn't much to see, and a large school group had taken over the little beach so it wasn't the quietest either!  They were all digging large holes in the sand - whether they were planning on burying their teachers at the end I'm not sure, but they were all having lots of fun! Wish we'd had sand digging lessons when I was at school!!

Day 6 of yoga workouts today - focussing on core! Ouchie is all I can say!
