Orange Gold

This is the largest jar of Mrs B's third batch of marmalade, and not a day too soon: I'd worried that we'd run out of 2020's jars before the right oranges were available for her to do her magic this year and replenish her stocks.

I asked if she had flavoured the marmalade with anything, but the term is "cleared with whisky" – removing the foam from the surface, apparently.  And in this photo the strips of peel look like pool-life embryos.  In the Extra I have my set up for demonstration; the light was a cheapo square bank of LEDs behind the jar.  It felt good to get my Manfrotto tripod out of its bag.
