A model

This is the house whose thatch was recently replaced – it is a close neighbour of ours, so we pass it on almost any walking route from our place.  The results are excellent, and I'm glad that the house will be less wasteful energy as a result.

It has been a miserable day, but we managed to get out in a lull in the foul weather.  So I snapped the gorgeous sky . . .
