Visited my second gallery room (of 3) at "Our Silver City 2094" which envigages how Nottingham change following global warming and and working more in harmony with nature. 

Ciel can relate to:

Sky or heaven - in french

CIEL - Centre for innovation excellence in livestock; which also looks to assist with climate change

It could easily relate to all three. I'll ask when I return for the last room.

It brings to mind a certain cult film, and a deckchair for a person wanting to lie on their front.

A risky entry perhaps, but why play it safe?
