A Grey Day

Today it never really got light and it was very heavy drizzly rain most of the day. I was not really outside until this evening - plenty to do indoors between shopping and a meeting this afternoon. Moss and I had a very wet walk but I stopped to see if I could get a photo of my favourite clump of trees and there above it was my friend the Moon - trying to break through the heavy mist and cloud. It was a quickly obscured again so I was pleased to have that glimpse. You can see the horizontal rain in my torch beam.
