Fact or Fiction?

Thanks to ApolloFly for hosting with an interesting theme for today's challenge.  I've enjoyed seeing various interpretations.  Here's mine.  Do you think it's fact or fiction?

My extra was inspired by mambo's write-up this morning.  I've never been a runner, so this is definitely fiction.  I  earned the t-shirt by finishing the course walking after I gave up running.  I wanted to capture the logo before the shirt totally disintegrates after wearing it for gardening these last 28 years.
