Perspective

This morning Danny and I took time to review life and work, and everything in-between. Is there anything we should put down, pick up? We walked and prayed up to the cathedral and talked looking at this view of Sa Penya. 
Later on Ricardo walked the half hour or so with me to the big supermarket...he said he'd nothing to do so did I mind? Not at all! He's in such a catch 22 situation, a classic case of falling through the nets. 
The kids had a good day back at school, both came out chirpy. We had a picnic at the tree and played a bit of petanque. 
Danny was in the prison this afternoon/evening and the tiredness of day one back at school seemed to hit the kids - cue fraughtness! All peaceful and sleeping now thankfully. 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Conversation with Danny.
2) Time with Ricardo - as we walked he saw a friend he knows and broke into fluent French - so that's at least 4 languages he speaks! 
3) Sunshine.
