Back to the old routine

After a few weeks off over the holiday period, to enjoy beef and burgers etc we are back in the routine of just one red meat dinner each week.

We restrict our main meal to just one red meat, one white meat, two fish and the rest vegetarian or vegan each week.  We don't keep to a strict day for each, but I just place an appropriately coloured magnet on display each day and start again from zero the next Monday.
