Bardsea Beach

A walk along the beach at Bardsea.  Lovely sunny weather and the tide was out.  Good leg stretch and enabled us both to get stuff off our chests and lift spirits.

Lunch at Harry's Bar on the way home - creamy parsnip soup and cheese scone for me.  Delicious.
