Some Favourite Trees

These trees were my first blip in 2011.
Very fond of them. We walked past them this afternoon at Roundham Head.,This morning the talk at the Torquay Museum Society was about urban peregrine falcons, who nest on a variety of tall buildings and structures, including electricity pylons, telephone masts, football stadiums, churches, and power stations.
Discussing peregrines which actually nest on the cliff at Roundham, It was news to Jacqui that Peregrine is also a man’s name. ‘What! Have you never heard of Peregrine Worsthorne, former editor of the Sunday Telegraph? ‘, I asked. I couldn’t think of any others.
