Pretty primula

Today I anticipated posting a blip to show that we had fibre optic broadband installed this afternoon. Instead, here is a primula. It turns out that the installation is impossible. This is due to a combination of all sorts of reasons related to our building (e.g. its listed status, the thickness of the walls) and our flat (e.g. the position of power sockets, the layout of rooms, that we 'live' at the front).

In some respects, however, I am quite glad that my day wasn't disrupted. I had an awful lot on my list (as usual), but managed to power through quite a few tasks. I am also well prepared for tomorrow **on campus**!

Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike.
