When the phlebotomist asked what I was going to do today my reply did not include an unexpected visit to Haematology at WGH in the afternoon because the tubes were unlabelled.
The extra is the planned blip, I had a brief visit to Tescos and was surprised to see this notice, clearly not new but had never seen it before
