Silhouette

I took Abe to the Wetlands this morning. He had a great time, stretching his legs. It's been the first time in a long while that it's been cool enough to take him for a good run, and I think he really needed it.

I've also made veggie 'meat' balls for dinner and a loaf of crusty gluten free bread. 

SR came around for a cuppa this morning too, which was nice.
