Another 12 by 12 Mixed Media Painting

I’m working on another small painting. It was fun having a larger palette of colors to choose from. I’m using the new Posca pens I got yesterday with my gift certificate.

I also finished this week’s assignment. Did the last two drawings this morning. Roy Lichtenstein is the influence for this week.

Shelly and I took a walk today. It’s been awhile since he walked. He was a bit creaky but soldiered on. This winter weather has made it hard to keep moving outside. We plan to do more.

Also had a nice long talk on the phone with my brother Steve. He’s in Ashland, OR right now. Sounds like lovely weather there but too dry. Today we had fog but at least no rain or snow.
