They’ve Started

This is the stairwell on Shelly’s side of the building. It goes up to the second and third floor apartments. They’ve pulled off all the drywall because it became “wetwall” after the pipe broke on January 1st. What a mess. Monday they start the demo on the three apartments involved, starting at the top. Needless to say, Shelly will be staying at mine for awhile as they figure out how much tearing down they need to do and get to work on it. Fun and games.

Forgot to mention. I got a gift certificate from Dakota Art from my daughter, so this morning I went there and splurged on a bunch of Posca pens in colors I didn’t have. And a couple of acrylic inks. Happy me.
