9:30 AM Content Masterclass
11AM Kinesiology with Angele - that lasted until 1 pm as we had a lot o chat too
4 pm catch up with Tatyana who is now in PT

In between marketing, prepping for tomorrows shoot in Ayr.

I was not out but that was ok!

Loved to catch up with Tatyana and also time with Angela was great.
