Things in threes

Cold, bright and sunny all day.

Spoke to my friend, had breakfast and then went walking along Southend seafront with the U3A.  After that I called in to my friend and did the housework. 
Had lunch, did a couple of jobs and went to a committee meeting for gardening club.  Walked to K's after and went for a shorter walk to the seawall as the light was fading.  Took a few photos, fortunately someone had attached these thrown away plastic flower pots to some wood, thought it right for the challenge.  Extra I just liked!
