We’ve had a great day with P&J and have been incredibly lucky that the rain held off. K. cooked up a great breakfast - I was sous chef which basically meant wandering around being no help at all.
We then went for a lovely hike on mossy trails and wooden walkways. Lunch at home and then off to Sechelt to stock up on a few things including some beers from ‘Batch 44’, the Sechelt brewery (support local!).
Some downtime and then dinner, courtesy of P&J who had brought a Quebecois tortiere (pie to most of us……..). All punctuated with a lot of laughs and good conversation.
