Sunday: Rockstone Park

It was a bit of a sad day as J left us to fly back to Vancouver.  P is staying a little longer so we’re only half bereft.  It’s not entirely over but we’ve had such a good time with them both.

We drove J up to the airport and, as we were halfway there, took P up to Altun Ha, the Mayan site we visited a few weeks ago.  It was very quiet, no other visitors there.  This was taken at Rockstone Pond, close by.

It’s funny how different my photos are here.  It’s all outdoors and in nature, whereas Vancouver was so urban.  Generally, I still prefer city and urban photography but I’m happy to capture what I can of Belize, even if it is different to what I normally do.
