A Perfect Day

A beautiful sunny and mild day

I met my friend for our usual tea and bacon roll at the Bay Diner in Monifieth and then walked to the Dichty Bridge and back. The sky was so blue and the sound of the water rushing from the Dichty into the Tay Estuary was delightful. Lots of chat putting the world to rights, though I fear that nothing much had changed by the time I got home.

In the afternoon I got an email from a friend in Canada who reads my Daily Encouragement email letting me know that a second Amazon delivery was due with another gift. It was a lovely expression of thanks for the work I do with the daily email.
