Gluten Free Cheesecake

A bright day

A friend from church came to renew the sealant on our bath and was rewarded with a large buttery and sausage and egg.

I had two Listening appointments, both telling about hard situations. Later we had the family for Dinner including this Gluten Free Cheesecake which Was the first one I had made. It did turn out well for which I was thankful.
