Drifter’s Girl

To the Garrick Theatre to see Beverley Knight in The Drifter’s Girl which is a jukebox-style musical with the story of The Drifters told from the perspective Faye Treadwell, the group’s manager.  According to the Wikipedia page, “The Treadwell Drifters line has had 60 musicians” coming and going which made them, according  to Rolling Stone, the “least stable of the great vocal groups”.
