Glimmer of sun

The sun showed itself briefly just before it was due to disappear!

Husband has been upstairs most of the day working on school governors' stuff.  He thought it wouldn't take longer than a few hours, but it did!

I have carried on with language learning today, and also done quite a lot of cleaning.  Also did some sewing and mended a flimsy pocket inside a bag.  Doesn't look very pretty, but it is effective!

Got a sore throat this evening - no idea why!  Could have been the shock of Stuart asking if I could provide buffet food for next Monday's governors' meeting!  I really hate working out what to buy for such things, but I have arranged for Tesco to deliver it on Monday morning, so that it will be fresh.  Just hope it all arrives!
