Agood week for birds.

This is a Wigeon. A Breeding male in its winter plumage I think.
They are fairly common visitors with almost half a million coming to winter in the U.K. from Iceland, Scandinavia and Siberia. There were lots of them at Leighton Moss this morning in beautiful sunshine.
