Lunchtime in the park

It was lovely and sunny at luchtime today, so I went for a wee turn around the park. There were lots of birds about, which was lovely. I spotted a pair of treecreepers, though unfortunately couldn't get any decent photos of them. Nearby there were a couple of thrushes (see extra), further round the park there was a large flock of goldfinches in the tops of the trees calling to one another. The usual bluetits, great tits and black birds were in evidence, along with robins calling. This robin serenaded me as I got to the end of my walk - a lovely way to end a brief lunchtime break.
