Bird watching

In all my years living here, it is still such a surprise to see scenes of ducks, geese and swans (to name a few) swimming on a lake in Dubai! I joined Diane and her brother today on their Al Qudra Lakes adventure. The last time I was here was in February 2021. G had to go to school, so wasn't with us.

We spent a few hours observing bird behaviour in the great outdoors. I have to say it was extremely comfortable today. Not hot, not cold, just enough breeze. It was also overcast, so the pictures needed some tweaking when I got home.

Apart from that, we've just relaxed and watched a couple of movies on TV when we weren't at our desks working!
