Trip up Thursday!

I managed to get an emergency appointment for the dentist tomorrow at 11:30.
Tom and I were enjoying a walk along the ridge when I tripped over a root and fell over. My phone dug into my lower chest (same place where I injured my rib last April). It took me a while to catch my breath, a man and his little dog came over to help, the dog washed my face, I wanted to laugh but it hurt. Anyway, I got up on my own and finished the walk. 
Later when I was cleaning out the soup maker there was crack/clunking noise from my sore rib. I'm taking it really easy for the next day or too I really don' want a repeat of last year! At least it's taken my mind off my toothache.
