Anthurium

Someone gave me this anthurium as a thank you gift the best part of twenty years ago. It grew and grew until three or four years ago it became a straggly mess. So I took a small piece, planted it up and discarded the rest. It is thriving again. The beautiful, bright red, exotic flowers are a deep joy in these grey winter days. A special present indeed.
