Frosty

We are helping Lauren out while she’s poorly by taking Reggie on his morning walks and so far it’s been lovely! This morning was another crisp one, the ground hard so he didn’t even get muddy. I like the way the frost makes the veins stand out on the leaves.

I’ve not slept well lately - shoulders & hips playing up but I have an appointment to see a rheumatologist in 2 weeks. So I treated myself to a 40 min Indian Head Massage this afternoon. Oh it was so relaxing.
