Early Start

Lauren is proper poorly so she came home for some tlc. Fortunately it’s flu not Covid. Peter & I took Reggie out early while there was still a touch of frost on the ground and some colour in the sky.

A walk topped up with a short session on the stepper, 3c’s in town, a physio appointment and a newsletter written. Not bad at all.
