Wildlife watching

An altogether more positive blip today - after yesterday's cold war relic!

We had a walk around Charlecote, just to get some fresh air.  A group of deer were close to the weir end of the lake and as several groups of visitors waited patiently, a couple strolled over to drink.

Edit: I've added an extra to give some idea of how close the deer came to us.  There was another group of visitors off to the left of the view and a similar number stood around where I was.
The two deer in the extra were from a group of 30+ grazing within 20metres of the path.

and ... there was no queue in the coffee shop!
