Low Angle

Is this weeks widwed. And so as the sun is shining and we have blue sky, I thought I would pop out into the garden, to show that my grass is in need of cutting!! Unfortunately, it is still too wet for me to attempt it :-(

Interval training this morning using a résistance band. My upper arms are certainly aware that they have had a work out. After a welcome cuppa, and changing, I went for a short timed walk around to the local Collage as having lunch in the restaurant there on Friday. Only 15 mins. So just hoping now the weather is kind.
