Grim

As I was walking to our local shops today I came across this.  I commend the person who has gone to the trouble of highlighting it .  It wasn't just this one - there were about eight more places that were highlighted including a plastic bag with dog poo in that had just been discarded.  Why do people do this!!!  It makes my blood boil.
